PRE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

What are Pre-orders?
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. We are offering you a very discounted price for the holiday season!  To be able to offer you this price we have to order to get you this great price.  We are unable to determine the sizes that are needed and to avoid having too much of a size and not enough of another, we have to do it this way.  

PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ON HAND AND THEREFORE, HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE SALE END DATE TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS.

BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW:

  1. Pre orders require payment to be made at checkout. 
  2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations. Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the “Order Form” has been submitted and paid nor could it be exchanged for other items. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.
  3. We will ship orders 3-5 days after preorder sale end date.
  4. Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions
  5. Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form. We will not entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our customers.
  6. In the case of lost items during shipment (proven and verified) we shall refund in full the amount that you have paid.

RETURNING YOUR PRE ORDER

Once the item has been sent to your specified delivery address you can return the item for a full refund of the product within 7 days as per our Shipping & Return Policy   PLEASE NOTE:  PRODUCTS WITH DIAL TENSION DAMAGE WILL NOT BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED.
