SHIPPING/EXCHANGES/RETURNS
Shipping
At this time, we only ship to the United States (US) and APO/FPO addresses. All orders placed will be shipped out via USPS only. If you are not completely satisfied or your FICOR Fit wristband is defective or was delivered damaged you have 10 days after proof of delivery to request a return. Please email us immediately (carpaltunnelwristband@gmail.com) so that your proof of request to return date is documented. Upon receipt of your email, we will contact you.
Damages/Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the documentation leaflet enclosed in its original box. Please ship your return merchandise using a shipping method that you can track. We do not take responsibility for packages we did not ship or are lost in the mail.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returned products with dial tension damage. Items with dial tension damage will be returned at the buyer’s expense so it is VERY important that you contact us via email BEFORE returning.
Exchanges
You have 30 days to exchange your FICOR Fit wristband. Please email us about your desire to exchange your wristband at Carpaltunnelwristband@gmail.com. Please note that your FICOR Fit wristband must be returned in good condition and in the original packaging including instructions/documentation and box. When exchanging your wristband, the return shipping is your responsibility UNLESS the reason for exchange warrants Carpal Tunnel Wristband to pay for shipping.
Email carpaltunnelwristband@gmail.com with your tracking number when you are returning the wristband. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at carpaltunnelwristband@gmail.com.
