Returns & Exchanges

Carpal Tunnel Wristbands wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied you may return it within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase. You may exchange it for a different size if available. You are entitled to an exchange or refund for your purchase within the seven (7) days of receiving the item/s.

Please note the product must be returned unused, unworn, unscratched and in the original packaging including instructions/documentation and box. Refunds or Exchanges after 7 days from confirmation of your order being shipped will NOT be considered. In case of exchange or refund the return shipping is your responsibility and you must email carpaltunnelwristband@gmail.com with your tracking number when you are returning item/s.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after the item is inspected. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Please ship your return merchandise using a shipping method that you can track. we do not take responsibility for packages we did not ship or are lost in the mail. We do not accept returned products with dial tension damage. Items with dial tension damage will be returned at the buyers expense.

You must return your item/s to the address below within 7 days from the day you received your order. Please include Order Number and Tracking Info. in your email when shipping, Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges.
